Domain parking is used when you do not need a full-scale subscription for a website and
e-mail. The service means the domain that is registered by Levonline or that you transfer to us is handled by our system.
The service includes the possibility of forwarding e-mail on the domain in question to any e-mail address with another operator. e-mails sent to addresses on your domain with us are filtered for spam & viruses before being forwarded to you.
Furthermore you can select the nature of various pointers for the domain in our DNS – for example, you may wish to point a subdomain somewhere else or you may want
e-mails to point to your own mail server.
We think it is important that customers be treated and problems rectified in the best possible manner. For this reason we include free customer service and technical support by e-mail and phone during office hours. Our support is of a high technical level, which means we can quickly answer your questions and give you the help you need, whether it concerns subscription issues or advanced technology.
The technology behind Levonline's web hosting is based on Linux with Apache web servers and Sendmail e-mail servers. All servers are located in our DataCenter in Stockholm, which is monitored 24 hours a day. Levonline has a high-capacity link with multiple 100 Mbit/s connections. To ensure the stability of our services, load-balanced and redundant servers with mirrored disks and RAID are used.

We guarantee at least 99% availability of our services. If during any month we cannot honour this guarantee you can request that the subscription be extended by one month. The guarantee only applies to disturbances within the control of Levonline, and thus not to external disturbances.
You can try out our services for 30 days and demand your money back if you are not satisfied. The guarantee does not apply to domain-registration charges or start-up charges, nor for services outside our normal web-hotel range.
