The database server innodb.levonline.com was down yesterday and this morning due to problems with the storage engine. The problem has been fixed for now, but we cannot guarantee that it won't happen again. We recommend customers that had this problem to contact support@levonline.com and ask for a new MySQL 5 database.

This morning we had a problem with a MySQL 4 database server. The problem affected customers who use MySQL 4 and has account starting with a04, b04 and c04. The error was because of one of our internal programs that overloaded the server. Most sites that were affected was down up to a few minutes. A few sites were down as long as 1.5 hours. We apologise for the trouble, and are doing all we can to prevent this from happening again.
