Levonline is one of the biggest and most experienced web hosting companies on the market. We have been in operation in the field of Internet since 1994, and currently employ twelve people to help over 12,000 companies with availability on the Internet.

In spring 2004 we were also named Sweden's best web hosting company in an extensive test performed by the magazine Internet World. Levonline won by offering 100% operational reliability, fast, expert support and inexpensive services. This was of course a fantastic confirmation of our work, and gave us a burst of energy to continue working on what we have always believed in.

Our objective and our guiding principle is to offer superior stability and unique support. Both objective assessments, e.g. by Internet World, and surveys amongst our customers show that we are having great success in this respect. For example, 95% of our customers are satisfied with our customer service and 90% are satisfied with our operational reliability. The fact that we get nearly 80% of our new customers on the recommendation of current customers is further proof of how satisfied our customers are.

We have always focused a lot on technology, and are the absolute market leader with regard to offering a stable and redundant platform for our web hosting services. Over the years we have also put a great deal of resources into creating efficient routines for our administration and into automating it, which is leading to better service and services for you as a customer.

We also deem the fact that 80% of our customers are small companies to be a good reference for our services. After all, we ourselves are a small company, and we know that as such you have to be both fastidious and quality- and cost-conscious.
